How quickly will you confirm my booking? +
We aim to confirm all booking requests within 2 hours during business hours (9 AM–6 PM, Mon–Sun). Evening submissions will receive confirmation first thing the following morning. For urgent bookings, call us directly at +1 403-715-2289.
What happens after I submit the form? +
Our team reviews your request, contacts you by phone or email to confirm the appointment, finalise pricing based on your vehicle, and answer any questions. No payment is required at this stage — everything is confirmed before we begin.
Can I book a same-day appointment? +
Same-day bookings may be available depending on our schedule. For same-day requests, please call us directly at +1 403-715-2289 rather than using the form — we can often accommodate short-notice bookings if we have availability.
When do I pay for the service? +
Payment is collected on completion of the service, once you've inspected the work and are fully satisfied. We accept cash, Interac e-transfer, and all major credit cards. We never ask for upfront payment.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule? +
Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Call or email and we'll find another time that works. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur a small $25 fee, but we handle these case-by-case and understand that life happens.
What if I'm not satisfied with the result? +
Your satisfaction is fully guaranteed. If you're not completely happy, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to address any concerns free of charge — no debate, no hassle. We stand behind every single job we perform.
